HappilyForeverFit aims to provide a balanced fitness, nutrition & healthy lifestyle program for our members in Mountain View, CA that empowers them to be the best possible version of themselves & make lifelong changes.
We work with you to achieve your fitness goals & help get you confident in your own skin. You’ll work up a sweat in our motivating small group training atmosphere.
No crash diets here, we focus on making long-term, livable diet changes that make a big difference. Moderation is key: 80% of the time eat healthy, 20% of the time let yourself live a little!
There are 168 hours in a week – if you exercise 6 hrs/week, that still leaves 162 hours! HFF encourages you to focus on sleep, stress management, flexibility & more to be healthy those other hours too.
A big part of HappilyForeverFit are the friendships formed through member events & catching up with the ladies in class. Being comfortable & having fun in your workouts will take you further!
Small Group Personal Training
Our 8-Week FitBlocks are designed to be attackable & attainable while long enough to see results & create habits.
Our 50 minute workouts are capped at 8 ladies to give you individualized attention while in a motivating & fun group that holds you accountable. The 3x/week circuit workouts are full body & 3-dimensional. Strength, cardio & movement training are combined for maximal results. All the while fueling the body with whole, real foods: Lean protein, fruit, veggies & whole grains!
During the 8 weeks, we focus on lifestyle changes to achieve goals & then set new ones. Weekly challenges, check-ins & newsletters remind you to be active and healthy outside the 3 hrs/week we are physically together.
When you're healthy, your quality of life increases dramatically. You move better, feel better, are more productive and are happier! Thus our mantra: Be Happy. Be Fit.
