Squat, Push, Lunge, Jump!

Four simple moves, one great workout!  Give it a shot today, or save it for this weekend!


  • Around the World Squats see video ((Find a weight or just something heavy at your house to use)
  • 10 Push Ups w/ Rotation (Do a push up, then reach right arm up to sky, so you end up in like a side plank. Then do another push up, then twist up with the left arm. Repeat until you have done 5 on each side)
  • 10ea Side Lunges
  • 10 Burpees + Broad Jump (Do a burpee and then jump as far as you can forwards (making sure you leave and land on two feet), that is one rep. Repeat, burpee + forwards jump = 1 rep)
  • REPEAT 4 times (5 if you are up to it!)
