Emily’s Killer Gym Workout

This workout is dedicated to one of my clients, Emily! It is full of strength moves and will leave your muscles feeling tired and toned! So get into your gym, pick up some weights, and feel that burn! Remember: Form is always more important than how much weight you are using. Enjoy!

EMILY’s KILLER GYM WORKOUT

  • 12 Heavy Deadlifts (use a kettlebell or barbell)
  • 15 Burpees
    • Repeat that pair 3x
  • 12 Heavy Bench Press (use dumbbells or barbell)
  • 1 min bike sprint
    • Repeat that pair 3x
  • 12 Heavy Squats (barbell or hold KB at chest)
  • 15 Jumps as high as you possibly can (reach with arms overhead!)
    • Repeat that pair 3x
