GRAB A SET OF DUMBBELLS and a MEDICINE BALL & do 3-4 Rounds of the Following…
- 8ea Push Ups w/ one hand on a medicine ball (easier? Do on your knees)
- 10ea Walking Forwards lunges (harder? Hold 10-20lb DBs in each hand)
- 15 TRX Rows
- 15 Burpees (no push up; jump as high as you can!)
- 15 Straight Leg Deadlift
- 15ea Figure 8 KB Swings
