A Winter Interval Workout
Give this workout a try while it is storming outside this week – Do 45sec of each exercise, 15sec rest in between; 5 rounds
- Alternating Forward Lunges (hold dumbbells or something heavy at chest if available)
- Plank Knee to Opposite Side Elbow – plank on hands, bring knee to the opp. side elbow then alternate sides
- Alternating Side Lunges (hold dumbbells or something heavy at chest if available)
- Box Jumps
- Overhead Press Matrix – Dumbbells in hand, alternate pressing arms up and forwards, up and to the side, and then up and reach around/across. **If dumbells are not available then do down dog push ups like we did last week; try doing it with a single leg :)
