Complete 1 minute of each exercise, 4 rounds total!

- Lunge Clock
- Ab Set (once through, even if it takes you longer or shorter than a minute)
- Burpees with 180* Jump
- Opposite Knee to Elbow Plank
- Right foot single leg hops
- Do the left side :)
- Alternating Squats & Squat Jumps (Do one squat, then one squat jump, then one squat, then squat jump…etc)
- Yippee! One round complete! Rest 1-2 minutes
